Love these scents and excited to get more soon!
Beautiful smelling incense and lovely holders just wish there was a bit of wood or something so we can burn the whole incense and not leave bits unburnt.
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Aarani! ❤️ We’re delighted you’re enjoying the beautiful scent and holders. And thank you for the helpful suggestion about adding something to allow the incense to burn all the way down. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this thoughtful feedback with us! ✨
Initial starter kit was damaged in transit - Infinity sent a replacement full kit promptly free of charge. Thanks!
Store owner replied: Thank you, Lev, for your kind feedback! We’re glad we could promptly replace the damaged starter kit and get everything sorted for you. We truly appreciate your support!
I’m in love with the Kyoto vanilla. It should be illegal. The Nara sandalwood is a close second. My only complaint is the incense is so good I have to get up and light another one…the first one is so good I forget space and time. I’ve already placed my second order.
Store owner replied: Thank you, Graham! We're thrilled to hear that you're loving Kyoto Vanilla and Nara Sandalwood. Your comment about forgetting space and time made us smile. That's exactly the experience we hope to create. We truly appreciate your support and are honored that you've already placed a second order. Enjoy your next ritual! ✨🙏
Love all 4 varieties, wondered if I would like the coffee, it has now become my favourite. The others all equal second. The marble holder is classy and a practical size.
Store owner replied: Thank you for sharing this, Grace. It’s great to hear the coffee scent surprised you and became your favorite ☕️. We’re glad the full set gave you a range to enjoy, and that the marble holder feels both practical and well-designed. Your feedback means a lot and helps others know what to expect.
I love the gentle fragrance and lack of smoke. Coffee is my favorite scent so far, but others are absolutely lovely. I will definitely reorder
Beautiful packaged and lovely scents. Favourite is Sandalwood and Coffee. A lot less smoke than regular incense, thanks!
great smell, I burn it on my bedside when I read and it doesn't create too much smoke.
I love these scents! I thought it wouldn’t have such a strong scent without the smoke - but it does!! Very happy I found smokeless incense :)
5/5
All my friends chill at my place, so I have to have the best smelling home, and I always do haha plus no one coughs or complains about any smoke
My daughter gifted me this and I love lighting it every night. It smells fantastic
The scents are so nice, thank you!
My place smells incredible since I started using these. Friends always ask what it is.
This is seriously the best incense I’ve tried, it’s not overpowering but a very relaxing background scent. And the marble holder is a great addition too. it seems like good quality and looks super nice on my table
ALL thee scents smells so good!
LOVE love lovee!!
The marble holder is beautiful, I can't decide which scent is my favourite!
Loving most of the scents ! Very gentle smoke 💨 too
The scents are light and doesn’t leave make the space feel heavy s
Store owner replied: Thank you for sharing your feedback, Hanifah! We’re glad you enjoyed the lighter, subtle scents. Our incense is designed to create a gentle, calming atmosphere without making the space feel heavy or overpowering. We truly appreciate you giving our Ritual Starter Kit a try! ✨
I am very happy with the product and service
I got back from a vacation and found my incense package waiting for me. It was great to be able to sit, look at my pics and enjoy the wonderful aromas!! The coffee smells take me back to far off cafes!! Thank you so much xx
Really lovely product. Very low smoke and long lingering aroma. Shame I didn’t find earlier!
Unacceptable length of delivery time. When I asked for a refund they suddenly shipped it. As others have mentioned, broken incense sticks, poorly made incense boxes, rough drilling on incense holder and the hole is drilled right through so the end of the incense rest on the table. Do not recommend, especially since they are going out of business and may default on your purchase.
Store owner replied: We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the issues with your order, Lox Yi. We’ve emailed you directly so we can further investigate the concerns you raised and work toward an appropriate resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Beautiful
Nice scent
Store owner replied: Thank you, Bahna! We’re so glad you’re enjoying the scent. We truly appreciate your feedback! ✨
It's too thin and finish very early
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback, Preet. We’re sorry the incense felt too thin and burned out sooner than expected. We appreciate you sharing this with us and will take your feedback into consideration.
Never got it
Love the scent. It is calming.
The incense holder came broken
Store owner replied: Hi Vanessa, we’re so sorry to hear that your incense holder arrived broken. We’ve sent you an email so we can assist with resolving this for you. Please check your inbox when you have a chance, and we’ll be happy to help. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Pretty good!
Smaller sized incense than expected, the fabric handles ripped off 2 boxes as i was opening them and the marble holder is super cheap looking and not the quality I was expecting
Store owner replied: Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the product didn't meet your expectations. The incense sticks are intentionally slim for a clean, subtle burn, but we sincerely apologize for the issues with the packaging and marble holder. We've shared your feedback with our team.
The exquisite packaging says Japan. The variety of scents is great.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your wonderful review, Eddy! We're delighted to hear you appreciated the beautiful packaging and enjoyed the variety of scents. We hope exploring each fragrance becomes a relaxing and enjoyable ritual. Thank you for choosing us!
I am happy with this. I will try it to ensure it doesn’t set off the smoke alarms like regular incense does.
Store owner replied: Thank you so much for your review, Kathleen! We're so glad to hear you're happy with your purchase. We hope our smokeless incense is exactly what you're looking for and that you can enjoy the beautiful fragrance without setting off your smoke alarms. We appreciate your support and hope you love it!
great, perfect smells i like
Quick delivery and product was as expected.
Store owner replied: Thank you, Hans! We're glad to hear your order arrived quickly and that the Ritual Starter Kit met your expectations. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy exploring the scents.
The incense is nice but the holder was poorly made with obvious chips and faults. Pretty low quality control standards. And for a product that's all about being natural and high quality, each incense box comes with styrofoam padding. Change it to paper or something.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your honest feedback, Garry. We’re sorry to hear that the holder did not meet your expectations. The chips and imperfections you described are certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also value your comments regarding the styrofoam packaging and will share this feedback with our team as we continue exploring more sustainable packaging options. Thank you for helping us improve.
Love their Incense.
Its not smokeless or less smoke as you advertised.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback, Vy. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations. While our incense is designed to produce significantly less smoke than traditional incense, it is not completely smoke-free, and a small amount of smoke may still be visible during use. We appreciate your honest review and will continue working to ensure our product descriptions clearly set the right expectations for our customers.
Love the scents!
Store owner replied: Thank you, Taryn! We're so happy to hear you're loving the scents. We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy them! ✨
